We are currently seeking a fully licensed Sales Assistant to join our team at Cetera Investors - The Fennell Group. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and other duties as assigned

-Assist financial advisors with client meetings, preparing and reviewing paperwork, following up on transactions, marketing, and managing client communications

-Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

-Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications:

-Must have a valid SIE, Series 7, Series 66/65, Life and Health license

-A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial advisory role or related field

-Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
